(1) Workshop for participants: How to achieve plastic reduction goals through design; understanding the needs of businesses and users (instructors include design professionals like Henry Ho, Dr Royce Yuen, and Stanley Wong)

(2) Workshop for participants: Visit Maxim’s Group, meet with employees from different departments to understand their needs (participation from related operational units of Maxim’s Group)

(3) Workshop for participants: Interaction with suppliers to understand considerations of materials, structure, and cost for actual production (shared by professionals from manufacturing)

(4) Frontline observation segment, survey on plastic usage habits and related data

(1) Design competition: Submission of entries; Judging results; Winners may receive prize money and further collaboration with Maxim's

(2) Competition results and product design release event; Winning designs go into mass production; Factory production visit arranged

Record the entire process, collect feedback from participants > Record and analyze data related to plastic use (data provided by Maxim’s) > Publish research results

A professional photographer will document each activity's process, creating a short film for public disclosure of the entire plastic reduction practice and the voices of different stakeholders
